All kids grades 5-8 of any gender, any school, any skill level are welcome to join the Mounds View Middle School Ultimate Frisbee team. Our team is an inclusive, co-ed team.

Why Frisbee?

No experience necessary. Our program is set-up to make it easy to be new. We'll teach you all the rules and how to throw.

Strong community in high school & beyond. Joining frisbee gives any kid a ready-made group of friends. Our uplifting culture is all about creating positive experiences and becoming better people. Many play frisbee for life.

Low impact, high energy. Ultimate frisbee is a non-contact team sport played on a large grassy field. Players sprint and juke while passing a disc and playing defense. There is far less incidental contact between players than soccer or basketball.

Here's a quick video about the rules of Ultimate Frisbee.

  • Hopkins Hustle Tournament on May 10 (pending bid acceptance)

  • Scrimmages against other teams may be added to our schedule.

  • More details will be added to our calendar and communicated to parents via email.
